Egoitz holds a Bachelor of Laws (major in Economics), a MBA and MA in Social Innovation. He has an international PhD on Social and Legal Sciences. His principal areas of interest are workplace innovation and working life reform at programme level; in particular the analysis of public policies and strategies for workforce development in the digital age. Since 2014 conducts research at Sinnergiak, a research centre of the University of the Basque Country. In addition he is member of the Steering Committe of the European Workplace Innovation Network.
