Suhendan is a Medical Doctor and she did her PhD on Medical Pharmacology. She has more than 28 years of professional working experience as Researcher, Head of the Clinical Laboratories, Resident Twinning Advisor, Medical Doctor and Project Coordinator. She is also an experienced  trainer who introduces blended learning approaches.

She managed the following EU-funded projects;

•             HORIZON 2020- Twinning Project-“Strengthening the Occupational Health Expertise and Scientific Capacity of Public Health Institution of Turkey (ESPrIT) ”

•             “MATRA Project - Facilitating Effective and Reliable Resources for Occupational Safety and Health in Turkish Metal Sector (FERROSH)”

•             “Strengthening the Ministries of Health, Environment and Forests, Agriculture and Rural Affairs to Harmonise and Implement Legislation in the Field of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) for Non Clinical Health and Environmental Protection”.

Suhendan is the assistant project manager of BEYOND4.0.
