Malte Steinhoff is a junior researcher in the team Sustainable Productivity and Employment. As a trainee he worked for the TNO departments of Child Health (as a researcher) and the Corporate Science Office (as a policy maker) before joining SPE. Malte studied Business Psychology with a minor in political science at Leuphana University Lüneburg and University of Queensland, Brisbane for his Bachelors and Social & Organizational Psychology at Leiden University for his Research Masters.
His research interests are the conceptualization and measurement of individual differences (e.g., intelligence, personality, self-efficacy, skills) in an organizational context and the applicability of these frameworks and concepts in practice. Malte is further interested in questions of meta-science such as publication practices and measurements to increase the quality of the behavioural sciences.
