Sudipa is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Employment Research, University of Warwick. Her research interests are broadly in the field of Labour and Development Economics. Previously, she has been a Marie Curie PhD Fellow associated with the Eduworks Training Network and has completed her PhD from the Department of Applied Economics, University of Salamanca, Spain. Her thesis deals with issues related to labour market and employment with a focus on skills mismatch, job polarisation, and women’s employment transition. Sudipa has previously worked in several research organisations including the Young Lives project led by University of Oxford, Institute of Rural Management Anand, and Indian Statistical Institute, New Delhi.
